VP Kashim Shettima has said that he will resign the presidential up-and-comer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 elections Atiku Abubakar to his old neighborhood and purchase livestock for him to raise.

In the wake of expressing his satisfaction with the Court's judgment and settling on a decision for his foes to cooperate with him, one of the reporters asked him on the off chance that he was still going to resign Atiku - one of his comments during the campaigns.
The previous governor of Borno State said, "We have moved past the phase of politics. Presently, we are in the phase of governance. Atiku Abubakar is a senior statesman whom I hold in exceptionally high esteem.
"Anyone who knows the socio-social collaboration between the Fulanis and Kanuris in the north would realize that I have the freedom to disparage him and he'd stoically bear.
"We won't resign Atiku to Dubai or Morocco. I'd resign him to Fombina. I'd get him goats, broilers and layers so that he can spend his days raising cows and broilers.
"On a more serious note, Atiku is a senior statesman. The country needs him.
"Experience is not something that you can purchase on the lookout. We'd take advantage of his abundance of involvement and exposure to launch the country to a higher pedestal. Politics is finished, governance is presently significant."

The Council tossed out the petitions of the Allied Peoples Development (APM); the petitions of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its banner carrier, Atiku Abubakar; as well as the petitions of the Work Party (LP) and its presidential competitor, Peter Obi.
Notwithstanding, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) have dismissed the decision and said they would consult their lawyers to know the following line of activity.
