Candidates from Commonwealth countries with lower middle incomes and less developed economies are eligible for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship, which allows them to pursue a part-time Master's degree through distance learning in a few courses offered by UK universities.

The following countries are eligible for scholarships: Bangladesh, Belize, Cameroon, Eswatini, Ghana, India, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, The Gambia, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Zambia, and Tuvalu.
When required, a Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship covers tuition and study grants.
Eligibility:
To be considered for the scholarship, you must:
• Possess a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard, be a British Protected Person, or be a citizen of an eligible Commonwealth nation.
• Reside permanently in a developing Commonwealth nation. In some cases, a lower qualification and sufficient relevant experience may be taken into consideration.
• Not be able to afford to study the program without this scholarship. Instructions for submitting an application:
In addition to applying for a Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship, candidates must apply for and be admitted to a Master's program at a participating UK university. For specific guidance on when to apply, admission requirements, and application procedures, you must inquire with your chosen university.
In addition to any other applications you are required to complete by your chosen university, you must use the CSC's Electronic Application System (EAS) to apply for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship. The deadline for all applications is March 28, 2023, at 16:00 (GMT).
